Please make your request by ticking the items you need on the detachable counterfoil from your last prescription. If you have lost or mislaid this, a written request is acceptable; please remember to include your full name and date of birth. In the interest of your safety we do not accept requests for repeat prescriptions over the telephone but a faxed request is entirely acceptable (fax no: 0161-429 9369). If you would like it posted back to you please enclose a stamped, self addressed envelope but do make allowance for possible postal delays. We endeavour to process all repeat prescriptions within 48 hours, ie two working days, and 72 hours, three working days, for bank holiday periods.
